Therefore, we have a clear and transparent policy around returning jewelry. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. No return or exchange of worn jewelry<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For all jewelry that may come into contact with body fluids, such as piercing jewelry for ear, nose, mouth, navel, nipple, intimate or other body parts, there is no right of return once the seal is broken or the product has been worn.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is in accordance with European hygiene and health guidelines for products that are not suitable to be returned for hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Sealed packages &#8211; only for online purchases<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following applies to jewelry ordered online:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All jewelry is shipped in hygienically sealed packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once this seal is opened, the right to return or refund expires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unopened, unused and undamaged jewelry may be returned within 14 days of receipt (with order number).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In-store purchases are not covered by this sealing rule because the customer can physically evaluate the jewelry there before purchase.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Defects or manufacturing defects.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should there be:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a manufacturing defect,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a defect upon receipt, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wrong article delivered,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">then of course we offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement or refund. We always assess this within reason. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Hygiene &amp; safety<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For both our customers and piercers, we take hygiene very seriously.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, we cannot take any chances with jewelry that may have been worn. This protects: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the health of our customers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the integrity of our piercings,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and Inkorporated&#8217;s professional standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. In-store purchases<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All jewelry purchases in our physical stores are final once the product has been touched, tried or put in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pierced jewelry is always used new and sterile; it cannot be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Purchases through the web shop<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unopened jewelry can be returned within 14 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is Inkorporated&#8217;s fault.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer is responsible for safe return packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
