BASIC PIERCING COURSE

Quality and safety are our top priorities. We train piercers to a level of which we would welcome them on our team. After completing training at INKORPRATED, it is even possible to gain practical experience as an intern and advance to junior piercer in one of our boutiques. Hence, we do not offer short courses and only full 6-week courses. Important: The course is conducted in English, so proficiency in the language is a must.

Our training program consists of three parts:

• Fundamentals of piercing
• Basic piercings
• Advanced piercings

Requirements for course participation:

• Proficient in the English language
• Minimum of MBO level of thinking and working

In the first week we dive fully into essential knowledge and basics you need to pierce. Consider:

• How we comply with health regulations (GGD rules)
• The materials we use for piercings
• The entire sterilization process
• First aid basics
• Anatomy

Once you’ve mastered the basic techniques, we’ll move on to practical examples. Piercing can be quite exciting for someone. How do you calm such a person down? At INKORPORATED, it’s all about the piercing experience. We care deeply about making the client feel welcome and at ease. We are happy to share our tips on how to make that happen.

Since you will get a lot of information in the first week, we will also give you a handy script.

Now that you have acquired the essential basics, it is time to delve deeper into more advanced piercing. In this final phase of the course, we focus on:

• Tongue piercings
• Dermal anchors
• Surface piercings

The focus is on developing skills and expanding your knowledge in a more advanced spectrum of piercing. A practical conclusion in which you have the opportunity to further refine your expertise as a piercer. Are you ready?
