A deposit is required for any tattoo reservation. The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the tattoo. The deposit or consultation fee may be paid upon receipt of the reservation confirmation. If the appointment date is close, the deposit should be paid as soon as possible.
The reservation is not final until the deposit/consultation fee is received. We do not send a confirmation email after receiving the deposit, only if we have not yet received payment. It is important that you send a screenshot or proof of payment. If we do not receive the deposit on time, unfortunately we will have to cancel your appointment.
- Down payment for small tattoos at walk-ins €20 : Spin the Wheel or starting price €90.
- The deposit for a consultation: €35
- The deposit for an online booking: €35 tattoos no larger than “one hour €130” or Spin the Wheel.
- The deposit for a tattoo between €130 and €170 is €50
- The deposit for a tattoo between €180 and €250 is €100
- The deposit for a tattoo over €250 and for multiple* sessions is €150.
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the tattoo. The remainder can be paid on the day of your appointment. Note: If you have multiple sessions, the deposit will be deducted during the last session.
Cancellations
You may wish to reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment two times within four months, free of charge, while retaining the deposit, provided that this is communicated at least 72 hours before the booked date. If you cancel your appointment, regardless of the time, you will unfortunately lose your deposit. The deposit is for the work and time we put into the cancelled appointment, as well as for reserving your booked date and time. Payment details for the deposit can be found in your reservation confirmation.
*A consultation takes 30 minutes and costs €35. A consultation for a larger freehand tattoo, such as a sleeve, can take an hour and costs €70. This amount will be deducted when booking an appointment.
