A deposit must be made before booking each tattoo
The size of the deposit depends on the size of the tattoo. The deposit or any consultation costs can be paid after receiving the booking confirmation after a request. If the booking date is shorter, deposits must be paid as soon as possible.
The booking is only final after receipt of the down payment/consultation costs. We do not send emails upon receipt of the deposit, only if we have not yet received a deposit. You must send a screenshot or bankreceipt of the payment.
If we do not receive the deposit on time, we will unfortunately have to cancel your appointment.
- €20 is the deposit for walkins small tattoos: spin the wheel or startprice €90
- €35 is the deposit for a consultation
- €35 is de deposit for an online booking: tattoos not bigger than “one hour/€130,” or spin the wheel
- €50 is the deposit for a tattoo between “130-170”
- €100 is the deposit for a tattoo between “180-250”
- €150 is the deposit for a tattoo higher than 250 and multiple* sessions
The deposit is deducted from the total amount of the tattoo. The remainder can be paid on the day of your appointment.
Take note: If you have multiple sessions, the deposit will be settled during the last session.
Cancellations
It is possible that you want to reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment free of charge twice within four months while retaining your deposit, provided that this is done 72 hours before the booking date. If you cancel your appointment, no matter when, you will unfortunately lose your deposit. The down payment is for the work and time we put into the canceled appointment. This is also for reserving the date and time you have booked. The payment details for the deposit can be found in your booking confirmation email.
*A consultation takes 30 minutes and costs €35. A consultation for a freehand bigger approx sleeve can take an hour and the costs are €70. This will be settled when you book an appointment.
Return of deposit, for any reason can not be refunded in the shop without consulting management
