Social Media Manager & Content Creator

INKORPORATED is looking for a freelance Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take full ownership of our Instagram and TikTok channels.

We’re a fast-growing tattoo and piercing brand with multiple studios in the heart of Amsterdam, welcoming clients from all over the world.

We’re looking for someone who can bring that experience to life on social media. Someone who doesn’t just create beautiful photos and videos, but knows how to capture the story behind our brand. Content that doesn’t just show what we do, but makes people feel who we are.

What you'll do

Concept, shoot, film and edit content across our studios.
Create engaging Reels, TikToks and Instagram content.
Plan and schedule content using Sked Social.
Take full ownership of our Instagram and TikTok channels.
Analyse performance and use insights to improve future content.
Stay on top of social media trends and translate them into content that fits our brand.

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organised and enjoys taking ownership.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business.
A strong portfolio showcasing your photography, videography and social media content.
Experience creating content for both Instagram and TikTok.
Experience using a professional camera, or the ability to consistently produce high-quality content with a recent iPhone.
Experience with Sked Social.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

Meta Ads.
Tattoos, piercings, jewellery or the creative industry.

Recruitment process

Your portfolio is the most important part of your application. We’d love to see examples of work you’re proud of that showcase your creativity, style and eye for quality.

During the first interview, we’d also love to hear how you would approach this role. For example:

How would you structure your two working days each week?
How would you organise content production?
What opportunities do you see for our Instagram and TikTok channels?
How would you use analytics and insights to improve future content?

Candidates invited to the second round will be asked to complete a short creative trial assignment. This allows us to get a better understanding of your creative style, attention to detail and the quality of your work.
