You can recognize a small ear by its compact shape. The earlobe is often a bit smaller and there is also less room in the cartilage. That doesn’t mean you have fewer options. On the contrary. You just have to choose smarter.

For this ear type, subtle piercings work best. Think of a second or third hole in the earlobe. A small helix or forward helix can also look very nice.

2. Wide or round ear
